Vad säger Jason själv om kursen:

Do you know your own strengths and those of your team? Do you focus your energy on developing your talents or fixing weaknesses? Research indicates we are much more likely to succeed professionally and personally by developing our strengths and planning around weaknesses.

During this two day workshop, we will use the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment for you to gain a clearer understanding of where you are personally talented and how to better position yourself professionally, to find opportunities to achieve peak-performance.

Additionally, we will focus the use of StrengthsFinder 2.0 as a leadership tool and how to make the best use of your team's talents - resulting in better engagement and results.  Throughout the weekend, supporting research and writing from prominent authors on team dynamics and motivation will be discussed to give you an informative background of the field of leadership development and organizational behavior.

Learning Objectives:
- Provide a deep and rich common language of each person’s unique strengths and talents
- Help participants to value, work with and leverage the strengths of themselves and others
- Increase productivity and efficiency by aligning an individual’s strengths and talents to particular team tasks
- Present a common framework in which team members can better understand and manage communication, problem solving and team culture
- Identify team assets and potential blind spots
