Strategy workshop-from vision to results - Timo W.

Strategy is the most important tool for a leader. This is a workshop for those who are interested to learn
strategy work, and how to utilize it in JCI or business life. After this training, participants can create
strategies and plans of action, based on mission and vision, to achieve measurable results, using the
framework they will learn during the workshop.

Strategy work is the most important task for organization's board of directors in public, private or 3rd
sector. Strategy is also the most critical factor to success. This workshop is based on a “Universal strategy
process”.

 

Cost:  300 SEK with a small lunch included. Payment has to done on site to be able to attend this traning workshop.  

 

Content for the training is as follows:

 

Module 1: Case, analysis, mission
Module 2: Key success factors, causality, goals, vision
Module 3: Strategies, actions
Module 4: BSC, plans of action, implementation.
